Guy A. Bottequin founded the company GENEVACCORD ADR in 2009. GENEVACCORD ADR is a legal entity dedicated to mediation mandates mostly specialized in commercial, international, inter/intra-companies/administrations/institutions, intercultural and political mediations.

GENEVACCORD ADR has established a Research Academy dedicated to improve the mediation process.
GENEVACCORD ADR makes propositions to politics and offers training opportunities in order to promote and to raise awareness about mediation in the French-speaking countries.

Studies & career

Guy A. Bottequin is a textile engineer and holds a law degree specializing in land and marine insurance. He served as an expert arbitrator in the field of industrial fire accidents and as a consular judge and conciliator in the Commercial Court of Gand for twenty years.
